What is VCADS Elite?

§ VCADS Elite is a Windows based diagnostic tool developed to test, calibrate and program parameters. The application consists of a number of standard graphical interfaces, for example graphs and continuous displays of parameter values. The Test and Calibration applications are organized in function groups. The customer parameters in the ECUs can be programmed locally using VCADS Elite. The vehicle parameters require connection to VDA (Vehicle Data Administration) and cannot be programmed with VCADS Elite.

What is VCADS Pro?

VCADS Pro (Vehicle Computer Aided Diagnostic System and Programming) is the after market tool for diagnostics, calibration, and programming support. This program is used when working on vehicles with Volvo engine electronics 1998 and later. This tool enhances the diagnostic and programming attributes of the vehicle. VCADS Pro has the ability to perform task such as engine compression test, calibration of the instrument cluster, and programming of software and customer parameters
